What we collect. Your email address, name or community name, and billing details. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. We also keep the emails you send us.

Why. To send your activity packs, run your subscription and answer your questions. We don't sell or rent your information.

Service providers. Stripe (payments), our email provider (sending email), and Anthropic (AI tools used to help draft replies to messages you send us). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Business email outreach. We sometimes email activity professionals at work addresses that their organisation publishes, about this service. Every such email tells you how to unsubscribe, and we honour it permanently.

Your choices. Email recroomweekly@yahoo.com to see, correct or delete your information. Deleting your information ends your subscription.
