Terms & refunds

Who we are. Rec Room Weekly is a small independent business based in Alberta, Canada. Contact recroomweekly@yahoo.com.

What you get. A weekly printable activity pack (PDF) and a monthly printable activity calendar, sent by email for as long as your subscription is active.

Licence. One membership covers one residential community. You may print and copy the materials without limit for residents, families and staff of that community. You may not resell, republish or share the files outside your community.

Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in any email; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds. If the service isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time.

Content. Activities are created with the help of software and AI and checked before they are sent. They are for recreation only and are not medical, therapeutic or clinical advice. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll correct it.

Changes. We'll email members at least 30 days before any price change.
